Pop-Up Bookmaking Class for 4th & 5th Graders!

Calling all young storytellers and artists! Join us for a creative 5-week adventure where you’ll turn your own story, poem, or nonfiction piece into a 20-page interactive pop-up book!

Each week, we’ll meet at Hill’s Bookstore to get inspired by Robert Sabuda’s amazing pop-up books, then head to Hollister Artisans to design, write, and build our own. You’ll learn cool paper engineering techniques like moving tabs, flaps, sensory textures, and pop-ups (4–5 per book!).

By the end, you’ll have a one-of-a-kind masterpiece—plus the chance to create a fun pop-up card too!
