RR Crystal Bowls Sound Healing 11/8

Rosio will be playing a relaxing sound bath using crystal bowls.  The session will be approximately 45 minutes of sound healing and 10-15 minutes of getting settled in, cleansing of space and attendees and intention setting.  

Participants will need to bring their own yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, water, pillow, etc.

Minimum age is 13
