DB Creative Canvases Series 12/1

As a credentialed instructor I will give guided instructions on how to layout
a pleasing composition from a reference image and create an
underpainting. From there we will explore color theory and the principles of
art, such as balance, contrast, emphasis, movement, pattern, rhythm and
unity or variety. These principles will guide the elements of art, such as
line, shape, form, space, texture, value and color to achieve unity and
ensure your composition is both cohesive and engaging. This class is
suitable for either acrylics or oils. You’ll receive friendly comments and
feedback. All supplies can be acquired at HAM. Preregistration required.
